Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship within Thailand and to select countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout where available.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Domestic (Thailand) orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping; international orders usually take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Will I have to pay anything extra on delivery?
No. For international orders, the shipping fee charged at checkout already includes import duties, taxes, and customs fees for your destination country, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
What's your return policy?
Unopened, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened deodorant sticks can only be returned if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Is ATTAS actually safe to use every day?
Yes — every active is dosed to work and named on the label. Nothing in the formula is on the EU’s list of 1,300+ banned cosmetic ingredients, and there’s no alcohol, aluminum, paraben, or baking soda to irritate skin with daily use.
Does it really work in Bangkok heat?
That’s specifically what it was built and tested for — 35°C+, 75-80% humidity. If it survives here, it works anywhere.
Is ATTAS an antiperspirant?

Will it stain my clothes?
No — ATTAS is formulated to go on clear and stay clear, with no white marks or yellow stains on fabric.
Can anyone use ATTAS, regardless of gender?
Yes. ATTAS is formulated for skin, not gender — both ZERO° and Cedarwood & Citrus work for everyone.
How long does one stick last?
With daily use, one 50g stick typically lasts around 4–6 months. Usage varies from person to person.
What's the difference between ZERO° and Cedarwood & Citrus?
Same formula, same actives — ZERO° is fragrance-free, while Cedarwood & Citrus has a light, warm scent. Performance is identical.
