These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from ATTAS, a company incorporated in Thailand. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing. All products are described in good faith. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and, where available, converted to your local currency at checkout for reference — the THB amount is the amount actually charged unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

Pre-orders. Where a product is offered for pre-order, your payment card is charged at the time of purchase and your order will ship on or after the ship date stated on the product page. Estimated ship dates are our best-faith estimate and may shift; we will notify you by email of any material delay.

Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified if we cancel or adjust your order.

Shipping and international orders. We ship to select destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country — see the Shipping Policy below.

Product use and disclaimer. Our products are cosmetic personal-care items, not medical devices or drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs. We recommend a patch test before first use.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of ATTAS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATTAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
