Shipping policy

Pre-order notice. Our first drop is currently open for pre-order. Orders placed now will begin shipping on or after September 18, 2026. Your card is charged at checkout; we'll email you when your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within Thailand and to select countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania, with coverage expanding over time.

Processing time. Once shipping begins, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase, ahead of handoff to our shipping carrier. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates. Domestic (Thailand) orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. International orders typically take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs, duties, and import taxes. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by your destination country, in addition to the shipping fee charged at checkout. These are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority at the time of delivery, not included in our checkout price.

Lost or delayed packages. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
