Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within Thailand and to select countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania, with coverage expanding over time.

Processing time. Once shipping begins, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase, ahead of handoff to our shipping carrier. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates. Domestic (Thailand) orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. International orders typically take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs, duties, and import taxes. For international orders, the shipping fee charged at checkout includes import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by your destination country. You won't be charged anything additional by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

Lost or delayed packages. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
